The Spy's Bookshelf

No well-trained secret agent would even consider going on a mission without doing some background reading. If you don't peruse this booklist, you will never know what to do when a mysterious Oriental throws his hat at you, or when approached by a one-armed man on the streets of Manhattan.

Books are listed in alphabetical order unless otherwise stated. So far only titles are included - I can't face typing in ISBNs, dates of publication and so forth just yet. Boring little words such as 'the' and 'a' are omitted.
I make no claim to providing a complete list. I've tried not to include books that aren't about spies, but where I'm not familiar with the author one or two non-spy books may have crept in. OK?
